📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

⏱️ Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale / discounted items
  • Customized or altered orders
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Used, washed, or damaged-after-use items

💳 Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock after order confirmation
  • Wrong item delivered and replacement is not possible
  • Verified quality issue that cannot be resolved through exchange

💡 Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, Threads & Weaves will bear the return shipping cost
  • In other cases, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer
