Order Cancellation

Customers are allowed to cancel their order at any point before it has been processed by Threads & Weaves. However, please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders for a number of reasons, such as if the item is out of stock, if there are pricing errors, if an article is found to be defective during quality control, or if the credit/debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

Return & Exchange

Threads & Weaves, we strive to make the process of exchanging products as easy as possible for our customers. Please note the following terms and conditions for exchanges:

• If the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened, we request that you do not accept the order.
• All products purchased from Threads & Weaves can be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
